Cannot select queryreport.exe in open with

Customer has had a server swap and moved to oracle 10.g. The OS is Windows XP SP3

Upgraded them to Query Reporter 3.1.0.266

I am unable to set REP files to open with query reporter. This was not an issue with the old version ( which was 2.0.4.180 )

Steps:
1) Right click on the REP file
2) Select Open With -> Choose Program
3) On the Open With dialog, click "Browse"
4) Browse to C:\Program Files\QueryReporter
5) Select QueryReporter.exe and click on open

Result: Returns to Open With dialog, and the QueryReporter program is not listed as an open with option

This works fine for me. I assume you can still do this the other way around? (Open Query Reporter and open the .rep file)

Yeah I can open them ok. It just doesn't remember to always use queryreporter.exe to open files of type rep
