Cannot put non-latin strings

Starting from version 11.0.4, if I edit table data I cannot write non-latin letters in column fields. Copy+paste works fine, 11.0.3 used to work fine

What exactly goes wrong? Can you provide an example?

I'm not able to write any russian letter neither using real keyboard nor using on-screen keyboard

What I noticed, editing clob field in "large lob editor" works properly

I can confirm the issue.

I cannot type non-latin chars in grid, but I can paste them into.

This is a bug for 11.0.4, it worked fine before (10.0.5 for example)

We can nor enter non-latin chars into grid column fields. Copy-paste and large data editor work fine.
