cannot make a visible window modal

Hello
I've installed the plug-in "LBC Recal Named SQL". When I want to recall a statement, I get "cannot make a visible window modal caused by Plug-in LBC Recal Named SQL Disable it?"
then I click no and it opens as expected. In former installations it worked fine. Any suggestions?

Was your former installation a different PL/SQL Developer and/or Plug-In version?

we got a new OS installation by the employer. But it was and is Windows 8.1

now, from one day to another it was ok
