Can not move objects to user defined folders

using PL/SQL 7.02 and Oracle 9i on Sun Solaris I can create ( and color ) user defined folders (Under the system Procedures folder) but am unable to move procedure objects (manually) into the folders. If I right click on the object and select "Add to Folder", I see the message "(No User Defined Folders)".
If I try to drag and drop the object, I see the drag cursor icon, but the object does not connect.
The folders seem to be active and I can create several levels of nested folders OK but can not populate them.

Are others able to assign objects to folders?

Correction to my posting: I am actually using version 7.0.0.1050.

Works fine for me. Can you try 7.0.2? I don't see a documented fix in 7.0.1 or 7.0.2, but you never know...
