bug with french pack for version 7.0.3.1123 (MBCS) ?

Hi,
After install french pack and when I go File>New>Program Windows> ....
all template doesn't open.
nothing appears

Can you still create a "Blank" Program Window?

Yes I can create a blanck program windows when I going to File> New> Program Windows > blank

But all programs i can't

I have the same problem with the French Pack.

select french.lang in Preferences, and then right-click on 'Packages', choose 'Nouveau' --> nothing happens.

select 'none' as Language in Preferences, right click on 'Packages', choose 'New' --> the template window appears.

Same for Functions, Procedures, etc but works for table, views ...

This seems to be a bug in the french language pack. We'll fix it.
