Bug when Viewing User Object Privileges

This seems to be a bug.

Logged in as SYS or SYSTEM.
Select a user and then look at the object privileges assigned to the user.

Unless you're the owner of the objects, even system and sys will see nothing. The DBA_TAB_PRIVS view will list all the privs correctly though.

Maybe you need to enable the "Use DBA views if available" preference (Tools > Preferences > Oracle / Options page)?
