BUG: Scrollbars not updated when code is automatically unfolded

Hi,

I found a bug in version 8.0.4, but this must be an older one.

if pl/sql developer unfolds code automaticaly, then the scroll bars will not be updated.

This will be the case, if you start writing a new procedure on top of a folded procedure. The syntax checks unfolds the procedure below (or all methods)
