bug: closing help window closes tab instead

hello,

In a sql window, I did use the help by pushing "F1" while the cursor was on an oracle funciton. When I got the information i needed from it, I pushed "ctrl+w" to close help window.

However, it was my sql window which closed, and not the help one. It is quite... surprising :/

It is indeed surprising. Alt-F4 closes the HTML Help Window, whereas Ctrl-F4 closes the current window in PL/SQL Developer. We'll try to fix this.
