Browser's Tables list duplicates

I was dropping and recreating a table (using a SQL Window) while having the Browser's Tables folder expanded. I got several listings in the list for the same table.

Can be reprodused using this script:

DROP TABLE temp_t
/

CREATE TABLE temp_t
(a NUMBER)
/

You're right, this doesn't work as expected. We'll fix it.
