Breakpoints with non-packaged functions and procedures

PL/SQL Developer version 8.0.2.1505.
Seems like breakpoints don't work with non-packaged functions and procedures. When I clicked on run to next exception tests finished without running to it.

Works fine for me. Are you sure the line with the breakpoint is executed?
