blank error box when loggin on

Hi,

We are receiving a blank error box when login on to PL/SQL Developer 6.0.4. We are trying to access through a Citrix Server and when we logon to the server directly everything works fine. We think it has come down to permissions for the remote user account, but need to know if/where PL/SQL developer writes temp files during the login process so that we can ensure the permissions are granted to our remote users group on the Citrix Server.

The Citrix Server is running Windows Server 2003; prior to our upgrade from Server 2000, PL/SQL worked fine.

This is most likely a messagebox displayed by an Oracle Net library. It can happen if there is a mismatch in internal Oracle library versions, which can happen is you install different Oracle versions on one PC.

Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
