Beautifier formatting of WHERE clause

The PL/SQL Beautifier puts all of the conditions in the WHERE clause on a single line. When it reaches the right margin it wraps. It would be nice if you could have it start a new line for each AND statement in the where clause.

We've had a few more requests for this, so this will definitely be addressed in the next version.
