Backwards Mouse?

I just got a new machine. Installed plsql dev and for some reason in plsql dev only the mouse scroll wheel is backwards. I have to move the wheel UP to make it scroll down and vice versa.

It as not doing this on my old machine. No other changes have been made. I have attempted a reinstall to plsql dev but that did not help.

Any ideas?

Can you try "old mouse" with "new machine"?

this is my old mouse with new machine. mouse operates correctly with all other programs. For some reason with plsql dev it is now "inverted"

well i bought a new mouse. I had been wanting a new mouse for a while. Problem fixed That is still the weirdest thing I had ever seen.
