Apply existing settings

They say: "When you first start PL/SQL Developer 16.0, preferences and settings, if any, are copied from the previous version." And that is correct for the vast majority of settings. However, the "color theme modes" were not adopted for me and had to be set later. Maybe it's also because a 14.0.6 version is currently in operation alongside 15.0.4.
