When I try to open a SQL script, it takes a while for the Open SQL Script window to open up (approx 40 seconds). But when it does, the left nav panel just keeps refreshing. Eventually, after combination of hitting Esc + clicking "X" in upper right + clicking where the Cancel button would be, I'm able to exit the window. The last time I tried, it took about 10 minutes to cancel. After that, everything seems to work OK. I'm able to open the Open SQL Script window just fine. Only seems to happen on initial opening of window.
LATEST UPDATE: After opening the Open SQL Script/Program window a 2nd, 3rd, 4th time, I looked through the left nav pane, and it looks like it's doing a complete network discovery. It's showing all accounts, etc under our network. When I look at the same area under Windows Explorer on my machine, it says "Network discovery is turned off. Network computers and devices are not visible. Click to change..."
Stats
Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit)
PL/SQL Developer 13.0.2.1898 (also happened on previous install of 13)
This doesn't happen on my version 12 install
