Any way to default to see all objects, not just the current user?

Hello,

Is there any way to default to see all objects, not just the current user when you login? I almost always need to see all objects, not just my own, and i cannot seem to find a setting where i can change this. Thanks.

I am on 8.0.0.1480 and there is a Preference called Default user selection under Tools / Preferences / User Interfacr / Object Browser - it was and when I changed it to and restarted PL/SQL Dev the Object Browser now shows all users.
