When i compile my package (exp : genutil)
all packages(when i call genutil's functions and procedures) do invalid, can you add functionaly to compile package and compile refer object in one time ?

I have added this to the list of enhancement requests. Note that there already is a "Recompile referencing objects" item in the object popup menu, so the functionality is essentially available.

Ok, but i need open popup menu on object
if package have tons of source, i need go in first line and open popup item on him name =))))
