Add support for Copilot?

I see you have added AI support to PL/SQL Developer, but Copilot is not in the list.
Any chance of adding it? It's the only one our company allows.

Same here, it's the only one our company is allowed to use. All others are blocked at the corporate firewall.

GitHub Copilot is also powered by OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini, but has not (yet) published an API for the Copilot product. As soon as they publish an API, we will look into this.

Over the past few days, I've noticed that DBeaver now supports integration with GitHub Copilot, which suggests the relevant API is already available. I would urge you to implement this integration as soon as possible, as most companies are already utilising this feature.

If there is a way to upvote this, we would love to. I manage a large development team who has used your product for many years. It looks like our company may force us to move to another IDE without this support, as we are entirely Github Copilot and MS365.

We are re-evaluating our continued use of PL/SQL Developer, and one blocking issue for us is the lack of native GitHub Copilot support. GitHub Copilot is now a standard development tool across our organization, including for PL/SQL and database development, and IDEs without Copilot support are becoming increasingly difficult for us to justify.

To be clear, we are not looking for a proprietary or “Copilot-like” feature. We specifically need an official GitHub Copilot plugin that allows Copilot to run directly inside the PL/SQL Developer editor using standard GitHub authentication and enterprise Copilot policies. This is critical for writing, refactoring, and maintaining large PL/SQL codebases efficiently.

If GitHub Copilot integration is not added—or at least committed to on a near-term roadmap—we will begin planning a phased move away from PL/SQL Developer in favor of tools that already support Copilot. We would prefer to stay on this platform, but that depends on progress in this area.

Is GitHub Copilot support planned or under active consideration?
