Can anyone help with this error:

Access Violation at address 6042049C in module "OraClient8.dll".

The client is running Oracle Client 9.2 and the PL/SQL developer version is 5.1.5.744

Seems like an Oracle Net 8 library instead of a Net 9 library. Can you go to Help > About, press the 'Info' button, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
