I oftens found this problem when I use PLSQL developer version 6.0.5.931. Many times, my code was lost when this error occurs (I've not saved the code yet). Could anyone help me to solve this problem ?

This problem is fixed in 6.0.6 and later, so an upgrade should fix it.

The access violation will not prevent you from saving your work though.
