about oracle command "copy to"

is DOA support the cmd "copy to" ?
e.g copy to scott/tiger@test append tmp_like using select * from ppp;

This is an SQL*Plus command, and there is no explicit support in Direct Oracle Access. You need to write some code to accomplish this. If you have a database link it could be a simple insert statement:

insert into ()
select from
