7.1 : Unable to print more than 3.5 pages?

It's probably me, but... having upgraded to 7.1 I notice that I'm unable to print out large editor windows.

For example, my current editor window is 2076 lines long but when I print the output ends part-way through line 253 - this equates to around 891 words and 10000 characters.

Hm... if I select all and then print the selection I get the expected 30 pages.

I'm finding I can only print 5 pages. The 6th page is blank.

I am also having a similar printing problems. I can only print between 4 - 5 pages. I also cannot print line numbers in the output. The printed report does not look like it used to when I was using the previous application release.
