11g Instant Client support in 4.1.1

We are starting to use version 4.1.1 of DOA and see that it now supports the 11g (ODAC) Instant Client in finding the oci.dll.
Is the BuildOracleHomeList method supposed to find the Oracle Home associated with the 11g Instant Client?
After installing the client there appears to be an Oracle Home in the registry that should be part of the list of Oracle Homes.

Yes, the Instant Client should be detected.

Yes the Instant Client oci.dll is loaded.

The Instant Client Home is not detected in the BuildOracleHomeList method.
