Marco Kalter Member Joined: Aug 1999 Posts: 22,208	If I open the "Users" folder in the Object Browser, then create a user in an external tool, select the "Users" folder, and click on the "Refresh" button, the new user is now included. Can you confirm that this scenario does not work for you? Marco Kalter Allround Automations
