Exit PL/SQL Developer. Go to %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer 15\Preferences\Themes (e.g. C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer 15\Preferences\Themes) Unzip the downloaded light.ini file to replace the existing file.
