I have and ISAPI DLL that hanges on the first call to TOracleSession.Create under XE5 and DOA 4.1.3.5. If I compile the same project under XE3 and DOA 4.1.3.3 it works. I'm using the 11g client.

Any assistance would be much appreciated!
