Looking for clarification into how the following would be interpreted by the licencing terms and conditions.
Company owned and registered in Germany, company has a mix of permanent developers and 3rd party outcome based developers (100% contracted to work with us). Some of these permanent and contracted developers reside outside of Germany (India, UK etc).
All the development work is performed on AWS or Azure Virtual Windows Desktops which are on our companies tenant hosted in Germany.
The databases are on-prem in Germany.
Would an worldwide licence be required or an unlimited licence?
