I have windows 11 with multimonitor setup(expand display) and PL/SQL Developer 15 latest revision.

After startup of PL/SQL Developer the Button/icon briefly appears and then disappears. Often in the morning when I startup my laptop and the usual applications, I start another session because I miss that the tool is already running. I use save desktop, work with projects and restart with open windows, which gets my workflow confused if at the end of the day when I notice I have another PSD session running.

Not a major issue compared to the performance issues I have (See my reaction in the performance thread) too, but still quite annoying sometimes.
I notice the button to appear fi after opening a modal window in PSD.

When you startup the laptop, is this a cold start, or a resume from sleep mode, or a resume from hibernate mode?

Hi Marco, it's a cold start.

I've installed the latest update 1.5.04 and this issue is unfortunately not solved.
