I think the title says it all, but here are the details as I see them:

• I'm in a Program window and want to insert a predefined code template
• I right-click in the spot I want the template and the context menu displays
• I move my cursor to Insert Template
• When I'm on that line, the context becomes completely blank (see attached screenshot).

The context menu won't show the templates sub-menu until I use the ribbon menu option View->Template List.
After that, it works fine, even after I hide the Template list again.

I noticed this in earlier betas but didn't think to report it. Sorry for the late notice.

My version: 15.0.0.2049 Beta 64-bit

I cannot reproduce this. Does the issue persist after restarting PL/SQL Developer?

Yes. Every time I shut down PSD, then restart it, I have to View->Template List before I can use a template (via the editor context menu).

I confirmed that it does NOT behave this way in V14.

Please tell me how I can provide more info so you can try to reproduce the error.
