Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a lot of tabs to reach the right side of the PL/SQL Developer window
2. Run some query in the last tab

What I expect to happen:
The title should be changed but the [X] icon should be still visible.

What happens:
The [X] icon hides behind the toolbar on the right side (video example). One have to switch to another tab and then back, to get the expected result.
