I just installed v2.0.4.180. I see no predefined styles. The manual says there should be a file reportstyles.lib in the install directory. I reran setup; still no .lib files. None to be found in Documents and Settings, either.

The ReportStyles.lib file will be created if you define your own styles. You can do so by pressing the "Style Library" button on the "Layout" page. If you add a named style, it will be saved in ReportStyles.lib.
