I have been checking the SQL Developer from Oracle.
I liked an idea to have a context menu with "collect stats" on a table. Very convenient.
Please consider.

Does this do an "analyze table compute statistics"? If so, you can use the Browser Extender Plug-In to create an extension for this.

The old 2.0 version should do the trick.
