I've read somewhere in this forum that this
message can be raised if you running your
application out side of the delphi ide
(while not having a registered version)
which is not my case.
What else can it be?
(I'm using the evaluation version 3.4.3)

Is there anything special about your application (e.g. DLL's)? Have you been using older versions of Direct Oracle Access in the past?

I'm not using any dll's.
It is possible that
I did use an older version of doa in
the past but i'm not sure.

The evaluation check can fail if the design time version is different from the run time version. What happens if you restart Delphi and/or your PC? Does that fix the problem?
