I'm facing a problem in PL/SQL Developer that the materialized views are not listed.

We're having 2 different PCs with the same version of PL/SQL Developer (7.1.5.1398), and when logging on to the same Oracle DB with the same Oracle user, 1 PC is listing the materialized views stored in the database, on the other PC, the materialized views are NOT visible.

Since it relates to the same database, it cannot be server/database related and must have to do with the client (PL/SQL developer) side

how can we show the materialized views again ?

I can only imagine that this is caused by a difference in:
  1. The current browser filter.
  2. The "Use DBA views if available" preference (Tools > Preferences > Oracle / Options).

I was not using a browser filter (was showing ALL OBJECTS) but indeed, the 'Use DBA views if available" option was switched on.

thanks for the info
