Is there a known issue with the Monitor and Citrix?

I have an app which I can monitor perfectly in my development environment, but when I give the Oracle Monitor to my customer to install on their application server to debug problems, it simply doesn't work.

It installs OK, and starts OK, but never even detects the app. connecting to Oracle (through SQLNet to another server).

This is all running under Citrix, and I seem to remember another topic relating to another app. server problem. Is there a problem with Citrix, or do we have some other issue?

The application and monitor must run on the same windows environment, because they communicate through global shared memory. Is this the case here?

Thanks for the information about shared memory. I've passed that on to the support people for Citrix for them to consider. I'll ask again if it seems that it's still an issue with Monitor rather than the Citrix configuration.
