In Preferences -> Oracle -> Options there is a position "Always include owner prefix". According to documentation: "When enabled, DLL extracted from the database will always include the owner prefix." Is there a similar option to include the owner prefix in the filename, when I'm saving the program file?

There is currently no option for this. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
