I have two screens, Plyxon is on the right one.
When i click on the arrow to show the New popup windows, the windows is shown on the left monitor.

I specify, the problem occur only on full screen mode.
If i reduce the size off the windows, the menu is correctly shown, on the right screen.

The same problem is on context menu. When you choose submenu e.g. Edit it open on second monitor. When you go to another submenu it dosen't open.
When you open context menu only first submenu is opening on another monitor. Second choose don't open submenu.

We'll try to fix that too.
