With a Window List with multiple items, you can drag a window down one spot and drop it there, and that works. However, dragging a window up one spot and dropping it does nothing. You have to drag it up two spots, then back down one spot before dropping it.

I cannot immediately reproduce this. Can you send a screenshot or two to visualize this?
