I'm using the dark theme Glow. When the application window is maximised, there is still a thin green/cyan line (it looks just 1 pixel wide) running along the top of the window. When I unmaximise the application window, the thin green border is showing on all 4 sides of the application window, but it's only really visible against dark backgrounds.
