1) Set the main connection to user A
2) Open a SQL window and connect (pin) it using user B
3) Right-click the window and use Change Window To > Command Window
4) The command window now says "Connected as A". <<< This is incorrect.
5) Using "select user from dual;" reports that it's really connected as B.
6) Also, the Command Window no longer shows as "pinned" even though it uses a connection other than the main one.
