Sometimes I want to upper/lowercase an entire chunk of code, but I've found the editor doesn't like to do that across boundaries of quotes? I would expect the Uppercase function to set everything to that case, regardless of if it's in quotes or not. Just to be clear, it's the Edit function "Convert Selection to Uppercase". Maybe this is the expected behavior, but it seems odd to me. Please see the attached screenshot of the variations when selecting quoted text and code.
