In PLSQL Developer 13 and 14 it's not possible to view a comment of a selected row from description table in the text editor. If you click on the three-dots-icon on the right in description table nothing happens.

This only applies to the selected row (blue background). All other rows work.

Is there a reason for this or is it somehow switchable?

Hi,

Same behaviour when viewing or editing a record in Single Record View.

Can't open popup editor for Varchar2 or Clob fields.

Multiple Record View works okay.

Using version 14.
