I found this post regarding the key configuration not saving if you clear a key using Esc. Has anyone come up with a solution other than changing the key binding to something else?

If the key has a default then the default will indeed be applied again. You can only use the default or assign a different key.

Do you plan to fix this?
Possibility to clear the key shortcut while not saving the changes is misleading and is a bug. I was wondering myself why disabling Ctrl+Up/Down doesn't work until searching the forum.
This was very annoying as sometimes these shortcuts said goodbye to code changes when used accidentally.
