I have PL/SQL Developer version 9.0.6.1665 with VCS plugin 1.2.4.0

When I try to perform a check out, then the window is not displayed, but if I press "ALT+S" then then open project window is displayed. If I move PLSQL window then response window is not displayed anywhere.

I am running dual monitors, Windows 7

Which window is not displayed during check-out?

When you do a check out, a pop-up window is displayed showing the list of objects that can be checked out. This window is no longer visible. In that window you can also change for example the Sourcesafe project by pressing ALT+S or you can enter a mask to reduce the list of objects to check out. I think that the same window is used when checking-in.

Can you start regedit.exe and go to the following section?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Allround Automations\PL/SQL Developer\PlugIns\VCS

Delete the "FileSelector" section and try again.
