Some other people have reported this problem too, but nothing appears to have been done to fix this.

To summarise the issue again.

In the SQL Editor window, copying SQL to the clipboard will pause the computer for several seconds. This may not seem like a big deal to you, but trust me, when you're working for hours each day with it, it really slows you down.

Will you be looking at fixing this?

This is still under investigation. Unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce this. Have you tried to disable the "Include font style with copy" option for the editor font (Tools > Preferences > User Interface / Fonts)?

Hi, I have not checked/selected the "Include font style with copy" and the problem is still there. I have also posted in the same tread mentioned above that this might have something do to with 64-bits. I did not have this problem with Vista 32-bit, PLSQL 8.x, but with my new PC W7 64-bits, PLSQL 9.0 it pauses my computer.
