I have Windows 7 (64 bits), and PlSqlDeveloper 9.0.6.1665. When I do click on Window List another program, such Excel, Word, Outlook, appears above PlSqlDeveloper.

PLEASE YOUR HELP. IT'S VERY URGENT

This happens to me also. Very annoying! It usually happens when I click on a window in the list and before it completes loading I click another one and it bleeds through to the program behind PL/SQL developer.

I will sent you a test version in a minute.

I've installed the version you sent me and I an currently unable to reproduce the bleed through problem. Good news so far! I will continue to test it.

Yes this has been happening this version 9 was released.

I've had that problem happening since version 7. I've seen that sometimes, if PL/SQL Developer is busy doing certain actions, the window becomes "invisible" to mouse clicks, and whatever window is behind PSD will get the mouse click. It is mildly annoying, but I've just learned to live with it (sigh).
