Hi,
I'm working on a remote database (10MBit connection).
Every time doing a copy when editing functions, procedures, ... the program is "locked" for about 3-6 seconds. I have to wait this time until continue working, even if only a single word is copied.
This is very annoying!
Is there any chance (option in preferences, ...) to get rid of this delay time?

Is it also slow when you are not connected to the remote database?

I thought it was because of connection to remote database. But it seems to be dependent on anything else. Maybe time of PL/SQL-Developer is running.
In a "fresh" started instance not connected to a database I have to wait 2 seconds, in an instance running since yesterday evening I now have to wait 8 seconds.

I never got any solution.

The issue is actually hard to reproduce - we have about 10 other people running with the exact same set-up, and I'm the only one with the issue.

Hopefully since I'm not the only one with the issue, The developers may look at finding a solution!
