Could it be the application window title set to "Description" of an account instead of "Database"
It doesn't make any sense put "Database" to window title, this is one of features inherited of "PL/SQL Developer".
But "Database" is some (sometimes very long) text containing words like DESCRIPTION, ADDRESS, PROTOCOl and so..
Description is "my name" ...
