I'm using 19 C Oracle home driver and getting a the ORA-01804 Connection error: This is my System Info:

Using
Home: OraClient19Home1
DLL: C:\Oracle19.0_64\product\19.0.0\client_64\bin\oci.dll
OCI: version 12.1 (19.3.0.0.0)

When I change the Oracle Home to OraClient12Home1
Here is my system info for that

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0

I can login to Oracle 12 databases and Oracle 19c database but when I try to query 19c database I get
ORaOCIE12.ddll Access Violation. Could not logon..

There may be an Oracle Client configuration issue with the OraClient12Home1 home.

Does the OraClient19Home1 function correctly?
