Hi,

when I'm trying to connect to database I get Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-01804
tnsping works correctly.

To verify that the Oracle Client is working correctly, can you start C:\app\client\akx\product\19.0.0\client_1\bin\sqplus.exe and try to connect? At the SQL*Plus prompts, enter:

Enter user-name: <username>@<database>
Enter password: <password>
